Celebration was the order of the day as representatives from 12 local charities gathered at the Calgary Herald March 15 for the results of the 2018 Calgary Herald Christmas Fund. That nearly $750,000 was raised means each charity will receive $62,205.41. Further, the Calgary Firefighters Charitable Foundation raised $15,516 through a New Year’s Eve gala that will be equally shared among the 12 organizations.
